Education & Young Leadership
The next generation is part of the solution
Young people deserve more than lessons about the challenges they will inherit. We want to give them the understanding, the encounters and the confidence to take part in solving them.
A planned Scholas Center at Caesarea
Planned center · Educational programs in development
AqueductGo is working with Scholas toward a planned Scholas Center at Caesarea. If established, the center is intended to give these educational programs a home, where young people from different backgrounds could meet, learn and work on shared challenges beside the ancient aqueduct.
The center would support the educational work described above rather than replace it. Plans, location details and timing are still being developed.
Learning becomes leadership.

Beginning with a different question
Scholas has spent years bringing young people together across countries, cultures and religions — beginning not with what separates us? but with what problem can we solve together?
Water does not ask which side of a border we were born on.
A water crisis does not care which language we speak.
Climate does not recognize religion.
That makes water not only an urgent challenge, but one of the few honest starting points for young people who have been taught to see each other as opposites.
The youth learning pathway
Encounter → Learn → Research → Build → Lead — the youth education pathway, distinct from the AqueductGo venture process.
The pathway describes how the planned educational activities are intended to build on one another. It is a program design in development, not a description of a fully operating sequence.
- Encounter
- Learn
- Research
- Build
- Lead
From curiosity to understanding. From understanding to participation.
Blueprint
A tool in the hands of educators.
Blueprint supports the people who do the teaching. It helps educators and mentors see where a learner is thriving, where they may need support, and which opportunities across the ecosystem — research, entrepreneurship, further study — might genuinely fit them.
It does not replace teachers, and it does not make decisions about young people. Every insight it offers goes to an educator, who decides what to do with it.
Our commitments
- Blueprint is a tool for educators, never a system that evaluates or ranks young people
- Participation is voluntary and requires informed consent
- No profiling of individuals for any purpose outside their own education
- Data belongs to the participants and their communities, and is handled to the strictest applicable standards
